I think everyone is usually excited for there next trip and it’s nice to think and plan about the places you want to visit most.

I want to to hike the Inca Trail in Peru as my next big trip. It’s high in the Andes mountains in Peru and you get to experience the Inca ruins of Machu Picchu. Pretty exciting stuff!

This may seem tame, but I’d like my next trip to be somewhere out in the West coast of Canada. I’ve started to realize the potential of this country and the diversity of geology and geography that surrounds us. I’ll be on the East coast in different communities for the next little while, but I’m very much looking forward to a part of this coming summer to take in the Rockies, some hiking and taking in the parts of the West that haven’t completely converted to tourism. Any suggestions on where to go or activities to do in British Columbia or Alberta?

In Alberta, Banff and Jasper are two beautiful areas with a lot to do and lots of action going on but they can both get really crowded in the summer months. There is a system of caves in Canmore, Alberta about an hour from Calgary that you can explore with a guide. I hear its amazing and want to go!

In BC, the sunshine coast is always a beautiful spot to visit. Also, the West Coast Trail is amazing if you have the time and energy to hike 77km’s with a pack on your back. Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler are the only major cities I have spent time and and I can recommend them all for a visit!
